Responsive service
We try to answer every call personally, and we will return any voicemail message left during normal business hours in 3 hours or less.

Timely delivery
We guarantee delivery and pick up on the date promised, and to notify you with a "call ahead" telephone call on the delivery day.

Love your furniture
We're sure you'll love your furniture. But if for any reason you are unhappy with an item you receive, contact us within 1 week of delivery and we will replace the item(s) with furniture of equal value at no additional charge. If any issue cannot be mutually resolved, we will pick up the furniture and refund your initial payment.

Accurate billing
Our goal is 100% accuracy. If you have not received your bill or feel it is incorrect we will resolve and correct the issue within 1 business day.
