"We had to move out of our home for several months due to flooding. As you can imagine, the experience was traumatic for our family. After 2 months of searching, we finally found a house large enough to accommodate our family and 3 dogs and then we were faced with how to furnish it. We called several national furniture rental companies who behaved like car rental employees, but the instant we called Brook my wife felt at ease. Kim Ashley, our account representative, understood my wife's anxiety and emotionally "held her hand" through the entire ordeal. Kim was incredibly patient and rescheduled several move-in dates and made sure that we were totally satisfied once we moved into the temporary housing. "I called Brook for assistance furnishing a model suite for my senior living community. My experience with Brook, and Honey Beth in particular, was far more than I could have anticipated. She came to check out the apartment the day after I called, provided excellent recommendations, and was very responsive every time I called or emailed. She even helped arrange all my knick-knacks on the day of move-in without me asking! She felt that one piece of furniture wasn't as ideal as she had hoped in the space, and immediately provided alternate suggestions. Within a day, she exchanged the piece at no additional cost.
