"I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it has been working with your company. We are in California temporarily and your company made our transiton very easy. We appreciate having absolutely everything we need in our temporary home. In addition, my son accidentally put his pillow and favorite pillowcase with some furniture that was going back to Brook. I called your office and worked with a young lady who was so helpful in getting our pillow back to us. The pillow & pillowcase were taken care of and sent back to us with a personal note. During that time, we have been pleased with the effort of the field office staffs in both the Southern and Northern California markets.
