"I work at an apartment complex in Davis and we used Brook Furniture Rental to decorate our model apartment.
The model looks amazing obviously, but what I really want to talk about is their customer service. A service rep was sent out to us and she sat with me and my boss with patience and a smile (and let me tell you- my boss and I are VERY picky people... and we changed our minds a thousand times about which furniture we wanted). She was so sweet and worked CLOSELY with us until we were 100% satisfied.
Even the delivery guys were nice! Customer service these days is rare so working with the Brook employees was a refreshing experience. Thank you! OH! And they hang the artwork for you (saviors) and even stage the furniture exactly how you want it.
