Account Executive Debra Powell was honored for her work in the San Francisco Bay Area at the 2010 Greater Excellence in Management and Maintenance (GEMM) awards held recently at the Concord Hilton in the East Bay. This ceremony honors excellence in the Northern California apartment industry, with awards dedicated to numerous categories. Ms. Powell received the award for Industry Partner- Individual of the Year 2010. This award recognizes hard work, commitment, partnership, and results achieved throughout the year. Debra was nominated for the award by at least one of her clients in the Bay Area.
