Brook Furniture Rental is proud to announce its CEO, Robert W. Crawford Jr. recently appeared on the "Real Estate Today" radio show with Gil Gross.
During the interview, Mr. Crawford discussed using furniture for staging, to help make a home attractive. The end result of staging, he noted, is to help increase the likelihood to sell the home faster and for a higher price. He talked about the importance of curb appeal and addressed the concept of Inside Curb Appeal. "I was delighted to be interviewed," said Mr. Crawford. "Over the past 20 years, the "home staging" industry has developed into a truly cutting edge industry. We are delighted to be a part of this overall industry, and our role is to be sure the home from the inside is well appearing. A lot of people have furniture that is very endearing to them, but the prospective home purchaser may not appreciate the style. And staging is not just for high end but used in even "moderate" or "economy" homes. It’s been great to be a resource to the homeowner to help them sell their home."
