Los Angeles, CA: Brook Furniture Rental received the "Industry Partner of the Year" from the California Apartment Association, Los Angeles chapter (CAA- LA) at the Signature Awards event in Los Angeles on December 7th. Lynne Graves, District Sales Manager, also received "Volunteer of the Year" on behalf of her efforts to promote the CAA-LA chapter throughout the community.
"Our team was thrilled to earn this award" said Chris Wilson, Vice President and General Manager of the Brook Furniture Rental Southern California operations. "We value very much our partnerships with the many apartment communities and property management companies across the Los Angeles region. We had a number of our team members in attendance and it was very humbling to accept this award, knowing that there were many people responsible for this in our account management, customer care, and distribution team that each day make us successful at what we do. I am especially excited for Lynne who was recognized for her significant leadership in the industry in the Los Angeles area."
The Signature Awards event, sponsored by the CAA-LA, is the annual event that honors outstanding apartment communities in multiple categories and one industry partner in Los Angeles County. The event was held this year at High Profile Productions in Culver City. The awards are judged by industry and association members.
Lynne is the District Sales Manager for Brook Furniture Rental in the Los Angeles area. She leads a team of account executives responsible for managing customer relationships in the Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Fernando Valley and Central Coast areas, and leads the showroom teams in Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks. She has been a Brook Furniture Rental team member since 1998. As chair of the Industry Partner Committee (IPC) committee for the CAA-LA, Lynne is responsible for representing all the industry partners and vendors that support the California Apartment Association in Los Angeles. This includes representing the rental housing industry at Board meetings, coordinating educational IPC events to promote idea sharing across property management professionals, and serving on the CAA- LA Regional Council Board, which sets the calendar for speakers, events and continuing education.
