How does your rental work?
You select your furniture, complete a credit application, provide proof of identification, sign a lease and pay your first month's rent. Pending credit approval, Brook can deliver and set up your furniture within 2 business days.
Is there a discount for a longer lease?
Yes. The longer the initial lease term, the larger the monthly discount.
What does your initial distribution fee include?
Brook's distribution fee includes delivery, setup, final pickup and one additional trip fee if needed within the first week following original delivery.
How fast can you deliver?
Pending credit approval, Brook can deliver in as few as 1-2 business days.
Can Brook deliver my furniture before I arrive?
Yes. If you give us authorization to enter your home, we can have your furniture set up before you arrive.
Can I rent more or less furniture than what is included in the collection?
Yes. There are many options. As long as you meet the minimum monthly rental requirement for individual residential leases, you can select an entire collection and add finishing touches or pick and choose individual items to create your own collection.
I need sheets, towels and pots and pans. Do you rent housewares?
Yes. Brook offers houseware packages complete with items for the kitchen, bedroom and bath. The monthly rental rate depends on the options you select.
How much do you charge to furnish a one-bedroom apartment?
The monthly rate depends upon the number of bedrooms you furnish, the length of lease and the style of furniture you choose. You will see the furniture collection and finishing touches pricing as you shop. Select the furniture you would like to rent, provide your contact information and submit your request. A Brook Account Executive will be in contact with you to provide a quote or to complete the rental process.
What if I need to change my order after I sign the contract?
You can change your order up to 48 hours before delivery.
What if I need to break my lease?
When you rent, you are signing a contract that commits you for the length of your lease.
When my lease expires, do you automatically pick up my furniture?
No. Brook understands that circumstances change. Our contracts continue month-to-month until you give notice and schedule your pickup.
Can I charge the payment on my credit card every month?
Yes. Brook's contract gives you that option.
Will I receive the exact style of furniture that I select?
We do our best to deliver what you select, but should your product not be available, we will inform you prior to delivery and offer you a comparable selection.
Is the furniture Brook delivers BRAND NEW?
Brook cannot guarantee you will receive brand new furniture. But we do guarantee that furniture from our current line will be in showroom condition.
Can you assist me with the furniture layout for my office or home?
Yes, Brook's experienced space planners are available to assist you at no charge. Simply complete the online request for a quote in the Office section of our web site.
Do you rent systems furniture or workstations?
Yes. We feature workstations from a leading manufacturer, HAWORTH. Simply let us know your needs in the office furniture section of our web site, and a Brook Account Executive will be in touch with you within 48 hours.
What do you charge to deliver and install the workstations?
The cost for delivery and installation is based upon the number of pieces and your unique configuration. The installation charge will be included with your quote.
