Chicago, Illinois: Brook Furniture Rental receives an award at the 20th Annual Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. The Awards are held annually to celebrate multi-family housing companies and professionals that have demonstrated excellence in the previous year. The CAMME Award is the most honored award given in recognition of superior contributions and exemplary achievements to the multi-family housing industry.
Brook Furniture Rental and McCaffery Interests were recognized in the Property Marketing Electronic Form category. Brook Furniture Rental and McCaffery Interests have partnered for years focusing on short term furnishing needs for their clients in transition along with furnishing models and guest suites at their apartment communities. Furniture rental has become an increasingly popular choice with apartment communities to stage their models and guest suites.
Brook Furniture Rental won the CAMME based on a web based video that demonstrated how to best stage your guest suites and models. Brook Furniture Rental's Kim Ashley and The Home Stage Chicago's Steffanie Danby explain how they met these challenges at the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection, one of McCaffery’s finest mixed-use developments located in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. This exciting lifestyle center is comprised of 341 residential units, each with a unique floor plan and style.
